What are the delivery charges?
The shipping cost is calculated during the check out process and starts at $8.50 USD depending on the size of the order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Our payment processor is SquareUp.
How long will delivery take?
Our primary shipping method is UPS (2 – 4 Day) which is 2 days in most cases. USPS Priority Mail is also available.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After payment is complete your order is processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days. You will receive order and payment notifications with tracking information along the way.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will be automatically emailed a summary of your order with an invoice. If you create an account here you can view/download all of your order transactions in your account section.
Return Policy
Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of date received. Factory seal must be intact. Opened products may only be returned if the product is damaged or defective. Probiotics, special order items, drop-shipped items, and books are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. Refunds will be credited to the original payment card. Please allow up to 3 days from our receipt of return for refund to be processed.
